Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Jurassic World Live Tour scheduled on October 29 – November 1, 2020 at the XL Center in Hartford, CT has been cancelled.

Tickets purchased with a credit card through XLCenter.com or the XL Center Box Office will receive automatic refunds to the original card used for purchase. Refund information is located at XLcenter.com.

CANCELLATION OF ENGAGEMENT

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Jurassic World Live Tour scheduled November 5-8, 2020 at SNHU Arena in Manchester has been cancelled.

► Ticketmaster will automatically process refunds for the cancelled event. The refund should appear on your account within 30 days once your refund has been processed. Refund information is located at ticketmaster.com. If you have not received your refund and communications within 45 days, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.

► If you purchased your tickets in person at the SNHU Arena Box Office please stay informed by visiting snhuarena.com as the box office is currently closed for the safety of our staff and the public. Refund information is located at www.snhuarena.com.

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, Jurassic World Live Tour scheduled on November 12-15, 2020 at PPL Center in Allentown, PA has been cancelled.

Your tickets for Jurassic World Live Tour will be refunded at your original point of purchase. If you purchased online at PPLCenter.com or by phone, your refund will be automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase. No additional action is needed and your refund should be received within 15 business days. If you purchased tickets in person by cash or check, your refund will be available at the QNB Box Office at PPL Center as soon as regular business hours resume.

Ticket refunds are available at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster.com, your tickets will automatically be refunded to the original card used for purchase over the course of the next few weeks.

If you purchased your tickets via the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena, please be advised that the Box Office is closed until further notice.
